Cele mai memorabile surprize sunt cele fără ocazie. De Crăciun se așteaptă toată lumea la ceva. Într-o zi banală de marți ,nu se așteaptă nimeni.

2. Alege ceva care vorbește DESPRE om, nu despre tine

Un coleg care iubește pisicile? Dă-i un gadget personalizat cu o caricatură de-a lui.
Un coleg care strânge glume interne? Fă-i un mic „Kit de supraviețuire la birou” personalizat.

3. Gândește un pic în afara cutiei

Nu te bloca în „ce se dă, în general, în corporate”.
Se pot crea obiecte la comandă, unice, gândite pentru o singură persoană sau echipă. Today Advertising poate fabrica la cerere aproape orice. De ce să nu profiți?

4. Scrie un mesaj, nu o formalitate

Uneori nu obiectul contează cel mai mult, ci două propoziții scrise cu suflet.

Poate pentru că trăim într-o lume rapidă, în care ne simțim ușor de înlocuit. Poate pentru că prea des am auzit replica „Sunt 100 la ușă care abia așteaptă postul tău”. Replica asta a murit demult – sau ar trebui să moară.

În realitate, oamenii rămân acolo unde se simt bine. Loialitatea nu se construiește cu salarii, ci cu respect, recunoaștere și, da, cu câte un cadou simpatic care spune „Te vedem. Contezi.”

Eu sunt una dintre persoanele norocoase. După ani în care am așteptat degeaba un „Mulțumesc” adevărat, acum am colegi care mă iubesc, care știu să ofere și pe care îi surprind și eu cu drag, de fiecare dată când pot, cu mici cadouri personalizate de la Today Advertising. Așa, pentru că pot. Pentru că merită. Pentru că suntem oameni și avem nevoie unii de alții.

Generozitate nu este un cost. E cultură.

Când brandurile încep să vadă darurile nu ca pe o cheltuială, ci ca pe o investiție în oameni, lucrurile se schimbă. Motivația crește. Retenția crește. Conexiunile se întăresc. Și, cel mai important, oamenii se simt văzuți și apreciați.

Într-o lume în care recunoștința riscă să devină rutină, provocarea e să o transformi în experiență.

Un „mulțumesc” poate veni în multe forme. Important e să fie sincer, venit din suflet.
